About the Company:
SBL Infratech Ltd is engaged in the business of real estate brokerage, selling plots of land and in developing and selling affordable housing.
Company started in 2015 into the business of Real Estate Brokerage. In 2016, company successfully launched & executed Shubh Niwas project in Neemrana, Rajasthan where we acquired rural land, got it converted to residential and sold after plotting.
In 2017, company successfully launched DayalVihar project in Neemrana, Rajasthan.
Company’s Development Business spans all activities related to real estate development, which begins from the identification and acquisition of land till through the planning, execution and sales of our developed projects.
