About the Company:
Sumit Woods Ltd is engaged in the construction and development activity for the last 21 years and have constructed along with their Group Companies more than 50 residential and commercial projects in Mumbai, Thane and Goa.
Company had started the business under a partnership firm namely, “M/s Sumit Constructions” to carry on the business of civil contractors and executed projects for Modern Bread, Railway Officers and Government Holiday Homes.
Company has handed over more than 4,500 units since incorporation. Company is a patron member of M C H I, CREDAI Mumbai.
Over the years, Company has established themselves as a reliable brand in Mumbai and Goa and have projects at prime locations in the city and have built Clients’ trust for our quality, consistency and continuous performance.
Company develops residential and commercial projects and have completed 20 Projects and are currently constructing 3 projects in Mumbai and Goa.

Objectives of the Issue:
- To meet the fund requirements for execution of the Ongoing and Forthcoming Projects and other working capital requirements.
- To repay/prepay the secured loans.
- To provide funds to meet General Corporate Purpose.
- To meet Public Issue Expenses.
