Shradha Infra Projects is a real estate development company, engaged in the business of development and sale of residential as well as commercial properties.
They are primarily operating in Nagpur focused on premium developments with presence in residential, Commercial and hospitality in mixed-use and single-segment developments.
Company’s Development Business spans all activities related to residential real estate development, from the identification and acquisition of land through to the planning, execution and sales of our development projects.
Company’s Lease Business involves leasing of their commercial properties.Company’s commercial properties include corporate offices and educational institutions.
Company is a cash rich company i.e. zero-debt company with Rs. 18 crores as liquid cash reserves ready to be deployed to leverage emerging opportunities.Financial strength and strong project pipeline makes them well positioned for changes in market conditions.
In future Company intends to focus on identifying and acquiring real estate assets in Pune, Nagpur and rest of the Vidarbha.
At the end of the FY 2016-17,Company has acquired 51.00% stake in Mrugnayani Infrastructures Private Limited, making it as their Subsidiary Company.Subsidiary Company has completed a project “Shradha Busiplex” at Hinganghat, Wardha-442301, Maharashtra.

Development Business:
- The Development Business includes activities related to residential real estate development, from the identification and acquisition of land through to the planning, execution and sales of the development projects.
- The residential properties include plotted developments, houses and apartments of varying sizes. The Development Business also consists of the development and sale of certain commercial properties.
Lease Business:
- The Lease Business involves leasing of the commercial properties. The commercial properties include corporate offices and educational institutions.
