About the Company:
Parshva Enterprises is mainly engaged in the wholesale supply and trading of precious stones, primarily cut, polished diamonds and gold jewellery.
Company is located in Mumbai, which is an established jewellery market which give us an added advantage in terms of procurement.
Company deals in variety of diamonds which include both rough and polished diamonds.
Company also buys and sells diamonds in local markets as per the demand. Company also sell diamonds of multiple categories based on different shapes, size, cut and fancy color.
Company is also engaged in gold jewellery business and primarily sell gold jewellery i.e. Chains, Bangles, Necklace, Pendant, Bracelet, Earrings and other jewellery studded or non-studded with pearls, diamonds, and other precious stones.
Real Estate Business:
Company is also engaged in investment in real estate properties in Mumbai for the purpose of selling them for trading gains. In the real estate business company is focused on Maharashtra and Gujarat.
Company invests in both residential and commercial properties based on study of the market and is also involved in real estate broking.
Company also deals in range of properties and apartments of varying sizes, with a focus on the middle and higher end of the market.
Company’s investment may be by way of a registered deed or by way of an agreement to sale / allotment letter without registration and have currently invested in commercial property situated at Malad West, Mumbai admeasuring about 23.23 sq. meter.
