About the Company:
Dynamic Services and Security Ltd is engaged in the business of manpower services particularly in the field of Mechanized Cleaning, Catering, Housekeeping, Conservancy Service, Security Service, Catering Services, Contractual services, Logistics and other related services.
Company provides services majorly for Indian Railway and other Reputed Government Organisations, Semi-Government & different Corporate Sectors spread across the country. on a pan India level over the last ten years.
Company has a team of young, energetic & self-motivated persons with extensive experience in Cleaning, Housekeeping, Catering, Security Service & Man Power Supply and with their deep understanding of the business.
Dynamic is an ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System) certified organisation.
LMS Certifications Private Limited has independently assessed and found company to be compliant with the requirement of ISO certification for providing Mechanized Cleaning, Conservancy Services, House Keeping, Security Services and Manpower Supply.
As on March 31, 2021, company has an order book position for execution of around Rs. 122 Crores which are at different stages of implementation.
Company is mainly engaged in the following activities:
a) Mechanized & Manual Cleaning of station complex, platforms, waiting halls, Foot Over Bridge, Subways and Surroundings, Toilet, and Urinals etc. at different Railway Stations with deployment of Manpower, Machines, Cleaning Gadgets, Protective Gears, and Tools & Implements for Garden maintenance with other cleaning materials, Garbage disposal and Rodent control as per the contract awarded with different railway divisions in PAN India basis.
b) Mechanized & Manual Cleaning of Coaches at platform / en-route trains with deployment of Manpower, Machines, Cleaning Gadgets, Protective Gears, and Tools & Implements for Garden maintenance with other cleaning materials, Garbage disposal and Rodent control as per the contract awarded with different railway divisions in PAN India basis.
c) Deployment of Skilled, Semi-Skilled and Unskilled House Keeping Staff for cleaning with chemicals and other consumables and disposal of garbage at different railway stations as per the contract awarded with different railway divisions in PAN India basis.
d) Deployment of manpower for box loading/unloading of running staffs (Drivers & Guards) at different railway stations as per the contract awarded with different railway divisions in PAN India basis.
e) Watering of railway coach at different railway stations as per the contract awarded with different railway divisions in PAN India basis.
f) Outsourcing of the Running Room activities i.e., cooking & serving of food, supply of purified water, Plumbing and Trimming, newspapers & Magazines to the occupants, washing & ironing of linen and Housekeeping of Running Rooms, Crew Booking Lobby and Crew Rest Room as per the contract awarded with different railway divisions in PAN India basis.
g) Deployment of Skilled, Semi-Skilled and Unskilled House Keeping Staff like Plumbers, Electricians, Supervisor etc.
h) Round the clock Mechanized House Keeping work of Driver/Guards running Rooms, Lobby, Offices etc.
i) Deployment of Armed/Unarmed Security Guards to Post Offices, Colleges / Universities Campus, College Hostels and Medical Colleges etc.
